Terms of service.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional photography and photo booth services, including, but not limited to, corporate headshots, event photography, and photo booth rentals. Specific service packages, pricing, and details will be outlined in each individual quote or booking confirmation sent to your email.
2. Booking and Payments
To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking. We accept payments via cash, check, or credit card. Checks should be made out to “Elite Capture Studio.”
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In cases where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or issue a full refund.
4. Equipment and Maintenance
Our photography and photo booth equipment is maintained to the highest standards. However, in the event of unforeseen technical issues, we build in a 30-minute window to address and fix any downtime or equipment malfunctions. We strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, but this time is provided to ensure we can address any problems without affecting the quality of your event. This downtime will not count against the total service time.
5. Priority Booking
Priority for specific dates is given to clients with higher budget packages. If you require expedited services or a guaranteed turnaround time of less than 24 hours, additional fees may apply. Please consult with us at the time of booking to arrange this.
6. Usage Rights
All photos and media captured during your event can be used for personal or commercial purposes. We retain the right to use these photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or venue issues, we will make every effort to reschedule or refund your booking. However, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
Booking Expectations
1. Turnaround Time for Photo Delivery
Standard photo delivery is 3-5 business days after your event. If you require expedited delivery (less than 24 hours), an additional rush fee will apply. Please inform us at the time of booking if you need fast delivery.
2. Downtime Due to Equipment Issues
Although we maintain our equipment meticulously, technical issues can still occur. In the event of downtime caused by equipment malfunction, we have a 30-minute window built into your booking to resolve the issue. This time is designed to protect against unforeseen circumstances and will not count against your total service time. We always strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
3. Event Setup and Breakdown
We arrive on-site 60 minutes before the start of your event to set up at no additional cost, unless otherwise arranged. Breakdown occurs immediately following the end of the event and is included in your service time.
4. Client Cooperation
We kindly ask that you provide any necessary access, permissions, or instructions prior to the event. This includes providing a dry, secure location for the photo booth setup and any specific instructions for venue access.
5. Changes to Your Booking
Should you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., adding extra hours or services), please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the request.
