How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for weekend dates. Photo booths and 360 booths book out 4–6 weeks in advance for peak seasons. Wedding dates can book 6–12 months out. If your date is soon, reach out anyway and we'll let you know what's available.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 50% deposit at contract signing to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before your event or session. Wedding photography balances are due 30 days before the wedding date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date if you give us at least 14 days notice. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit. We strongly recommend event insurance for weddings.

What is the difference between the photo booth and 360 booth?

The photo booth produces instant printed photos. Guests step in, strike a pose, and walk away with a physical print in seconds. The 360 booth is all video: a camera arm spins around guests capturing slow-motion video or boomerangs they receive on their phones instantly. Both are crowd favorites and many clients book both for the same event.

How much space do the booths need?

The photo booth needs approximately a 10×10 ft area with a standard power outlet. The 360 booth needs a minimum 12×12 ft area with a level surface and power access. Both can be set up indoors or outdoors.

Can I customize the prints and videos?

Yes. Every photo booth package includes a custom print overlay with your names, date, logo, or theme designed by us before the event at no extra charge. The 360 booth can include a custom watermark or intro on every video.

Are attendants included?

Yes, every booth rental includes a dedicated on-site expert who runs the booth, assists guests, and handles any technical issues. You just enjoy your event.

How many photos will we receive?

It depends on the length of coverage, but you can generally expect 50–100 edited images per hour of shooting. A full 8-hour wedding typically delivers 400–600 fully edited images.

When will we get our photos?

You'll receive a sneak peek of 20–30 images within 48–72 hours of your wedding. The full edited gallery is delivered within 4–6 weeks.

Do you do engagement sessions?

Yes, standalone sessions are $400 and include 1 hour, 2 locations, and full digital rights. If booked alongside a wedding package, the price drops to $300. They're a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes. We're available throughout Minnesota and can travel nationally. Travel and accommodation costs are added for weddings beyond 60 miles from Minneapolis.

What types of events do you cover?

Corporate events, galas, conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, holiday parties, networking events, brand activations, non-profit events, and grand openings. If there are people involved, we can cover it.

Can I book hourly without a full package?

Yes. Hourly coverage starts at $150–$200/hr with a 2-hour minimum. It's a great option for shorter events or keynote speakers.

How are event photos delivered?

Via a private online gallery with full-resolution download links, typically within 3–5 business days.

What should I wear to a headshot session?

Solid colors photograph best. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or anything you wouldn't wear to an important meeting. Bring 2–3 options so you have flexibility on the day.

Where are headshot sessions held?

Studio sessions are at our Minneapolis location. Premium and Team sessions can incorporate multiple locations. We offer on-location travel for team sessions at your office or venue for an additional $100.

How long until I get my photos?

Mini and Standard sessions: 5–7 business days. Premium and Team sessions: 7–10 business days. Rush delivery may be available, just ask when booking.

Do I own the images?

Yes, all commercial packages include rights for social media, your website, and marketing materials. If you need rights for paid advertising, a commercial license is already included in commercial photography packages.

Do you handle both photo and video?

Yes. Social media content packages include both photos and short video clips in a single session, efficient and consistent across formats.

What do I need to provide for product photography?

Just the products. We handle everything else. For brand and lifestyle shoots, we'll discuss vision, props, and locations beforehand.
